Shareholders are hereby informed that certain dividend amounts remain Unpaid/ Unclaimed due to non- availability or incorrect details of their registered bank accounts. The year wise list of such shareholders have been uploaded on the Company’s website. Shareholders are requested to update their bank details with their Depository Participant (DP) at the earliest.

In accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, any dividend that remains unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years is required to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders are therefore advised to promptly update their bank details and claim any unpaid dividends to prevent their dividends—and potentially their shares—from becoming liable for transfer to the IEPF.
